David Crocini is a partner of VinCo Properties, Inc. and the Project Director of Chestnut Green. Prior to joining VinCo Properties, Crocini founded a successful high-tech consulting firm.  Crocini specialized in the management of complex software development projects for software that ran the mission-critical systems of major financial services firms.

Crocini is a 1994 graduate of The Catholic University of America where he received his B.A. with a dual concentration in Economics and Finance.

Crocini lives in Boston's North End with his wife, Melanie, and his 2 ½ year old son, Carlo Thomas.
